The legislative act amends several provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine pertaining to the powers of the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Accounting Chamber, and other state bodies in the sphere of state budget policy making and control over adherence to budgetary legislation in connection with change of separate constitutional provisions on formation and activity of central bodies of executive power and other state bodies in the sphere of state budget policy making; implementation and control over adherence to budgetary legislation; and with a view to provisions of part two of article 120 of the Constitution of Ukraine .
